I have pretty much decided that visiting my mom beats standing in line at estate sales!! I couldn't believe all the goodies she sent home with me on my last visit. I have had my eye on that asparagus bundle for quite some time! The two smaller pieces of Wedgwood were first purchased by my mother in England and were the start of her collection. I have admired them since I was a little girl, and it means so much to have them in my own home.

Unwrapping everything really got me in the mood to unpack the rest of my spring decor. Below a little wreath I found at Target.

This is my holy grail ribbon. I can't remember where I purchased it, but I need to restock asap!

rabbits, rabbits...

everywhere :)

I am a little picky with my holiday decor, I like things to look classic and not cheesy. I found this metal tree at Roundtop and had hubby spray paint it.

The eggs were only a few dollars at Micheals and I just needed to add hangers

I cut the ribbon in lengths equal to the diameter of each egg, and used hot glue to create a loop.

I still thought my tree was a little bland and I wanted some vintage pictures to paste on the ornaments. I was lucky enough to find a company that specialized in such products through a blog! They have all kinds of vintage decor for every holiday. LOVE! (will update with blog link when I find it!!)

Each sheet was less than $2, and the quality is top notch! Martha Stewart is known to be a fan. The paper is so thick it is hard to mod podge.

Now I don't think I have opened the mod podge jar in 5 years, but it still worked its magic.

I also want to print the Resurrection story in verses and wrap the eggs with those as well.

Aren't the little vintage bunnies cute!! I always enjoy decorating for this cherished holiday.
