I use a free software to create a pdf (portable document format) of theorder summary.

www.cutepdf.com is where Idownloaded the free software. I get no commission from CutePDF.
After downloading and installing the software,when you print the document, you select the CutePDF printer. Instead of your physicalprinter starting, a window will open up for you to name the file. Save your ordersummary in to a specific folder (perhaps one named: Order Summaries) and name itso that you can find it easily (I suggest the Hostess Name followed by the Monthand Year).
You can now attach that pdf document to any email.
